Job Description:
Insurance Verification, check in/out, scheduling, scanning.
Front office staff learn all aspects of the check in/check out process.
This position will have a heavy emphasis on answering phones.
Other duties to include scanning and scheduling appointments.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
